Hy-OPS ADVSR
Hy-OPs ADVSR (Hyperspectral Optical Profiling System with Advanced Dynamic Vertical Sampling Resolution) is an auto-stabilizing in-water hyperspectral profiler ideal for collecting reliable data for analyzing health of natural waterways. Its digital thruster stabilizing system allows the profiler to hover within the upper 1m of the ocean to obtain hyperspectral upwelling radiance with high vertical sampling resolution.
The Hy-OPS system was created under a NASA SBIR to support their PACE mission to calibrate and validate ocean color sensing satellites that monitor harmful algal blooms. Supporting this program will bring innovative developments that help solve the growing challenges of maintaining a healthy ocean.
