Comet300 AUV

COMET 300

COMET300 is a two-man portable automated underwater vehicle designed for large underwater surveys for scientific, industrial and military applications up to 300m. It’s 10 knot speed and 20-hour endurance allows for rapid high quality data collection. With a quick re-deployment time of 1-hour and swarm-mode syncing abilities with up to 10 AUVs, the Comet surveys wide areas in record time.

The autonomous nature allows for programmable missions that can be remotely monitored in real time. DVL, INS and pressure sensors track the AUV's depth and position throughout its route. For reliable recovery, the AUV is equipped with GNSS to determine its location once it reaches the surface.
