Privacy Notice

All information that you provide will be stored in a database. This database is only available to employees of Biospherical Instruments Inc. that are involved in the NSF UV monitoring network. Your information will not be given to any third party, with the following exceptions:

We have a contractual obligation to provide information of data use, if requested, to our contract officers at the National Science Foundation's (NSF) Office of Polar Programs and Raytheon Polar Services (RPS). This information may also include personal information like your name and affiliation.
At our discretion or if requested by NSF and RPS, we may publish statistics on data usage and data applications. For this purpose, all personal information will be removed from the data record.

Once or twice per year, we are sending updates on the status of the NSF UV monitoring network and a summary of highlights of the last year's network operation to all registered users. By being a registered user, you are always up-to-date on developments, which may be of interest for your research.
