Version 2 NSF network data from South Pole have been introduced in the publication:

J. Geophys. Res.

The paper consists of a Scientific Part, which appeared in the
Print Version of J. Geophys. Res., and a Technical Part, which was published as an electronic supplement on the journal's ftp site at ftp://ftp.agu.org/apend/jd/2004JD004937/.

Both scientific and technical part have been peer-reviewed and can be downloaded below:

The electronic supplement also includes three extraterrestrial spectra in ASCII text format, which were used in radiative transfer modeling:

Spectrum E_{Gueymard+Harrison}(λ), introduced in Section 5.2 of Scientific Part

All files have two columns. Column 1 is wavelength in nm, column 2 is spectral irradiance in mW/(m² nm).
