Return Authorization Request

To return an instrument to Biospherical either for recalibration or repair, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please use the interactive form below to contact our Service Department and request the RMA number.

Please carefully pack any instruments being returned!

Whenever possible ship via common carrier, such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. 
In addition to the RMA number, if you are shipping from outside the US, the following text should appear on the shipping label,  

"Goods of US Origin, Returning to Factory for Repair and Calibration Services"          
Harmonized Code: Photometer for Repair #9801.00.1012"
