When Returning Instruments to BSI
When returning instruments to our factory for calibration, maintenance,
or repair, please contact BSI's technical support staff at
support@biospherical.com to
receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
This RMA number MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON
THE OUTSIDE OF EACH PACKAGE.
Export customers should label the package "Goods of U.S. Manufacture
Being Returned to Factory for Repair" to avoid unnecessary Customs
charges.
In addition, to allow us to fully evaluate your system's operation, we
recommend returning the entire system (i.e., deckbox, cables, etc.) to our
factory. In the event that it is not feasible to return the entire system,
please contact BSI's technical support staff at
support at biospherical.com
for advice. |
