Maintenance

Our maintenance service involves cleaning all optical surfaces, servicing all O-rings, and renewing the equipment's desiccant (if ordered with optical calibration).  We recommend that this type of maintenance be performed every two years.   Please contact BSI's technical support staff at support@biospherical.com for a service quote.

Evaluation and Repair

BSI offers a number of evaluation, calibration, and maintenance services. 

BSI's evaluation service involves full mechanical and electronic inspection of your instrument to establish that each channel is functioning properly and to determine whether repairs are necessary. This includes fully connecting the system and comparing the output voltage of each sensor against its output at the time of manufacture.

Each time an instrument is returned for any type of service, BSI performs an evaluation. We then notify you of any needed repairs, but do not perform or charge for any additional services until we receive your approval.
